What we do with what you tell us.
This page covers the waitlist form only. It will be replaced by the full privacy notice when ExpatPilot opens.
What we collect
Your email address, and — only if you choose to fill them in — the destinations, passports and topics you tick, plus anything you write in the free-text box.
Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your address, or any payment details, and the waitlist form sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To email you when ExpatPilot opens, and to see which destinations, passports and topics people want most so we know what to build next.
The legal basis
Your consent — the box you tick before joining. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so is a single reply to any email we send you.
Who sees it
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we never use them for advertising. Your address is handled by the technical services that store our data and deliver our email, acting only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until the launch announcements are finished, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Once you ask, we delete your entry.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below, or reply to any email from us, and we will act on it.
